Ceremonial matcha starts with the leaf: shade-grown for three to four weeks, hand-picked in the first flush, and stone-ground in Uji in small batches. This blend is built on Okumidori and Saemidori cultivars, sourced direct from a small family farm.

Optimal for cold whisking, with room temp water.

3 to 6 grams matcha, to how heavy you like it, with a small splash of water, then whisk to a paste.
