These terms apply to azurematcha.com and every order placed with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent.
Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card number.
Discount codes. Codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated at checkout, and may have limits on uses, dates or eligibility. We may end a promotion at any time and cancel orders that misuse a code.
Our products. Our matcha is a food product. Colors can vary slightly by harvest and screen. Matcha contains caffeine; if you're pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Shipping and returns. See our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy, which are part of these terms.
Text messages. If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from Azure Matcha at the number you provided, such as new drops, events and offers. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy policy for how we handle your number.
Emails. If you sign up for emails, you can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of any email.
Experiences and events. Inquiries submitted through the site aren't bookings. A booking is confirmed only once we've agreed the details and any deposit with you in writing.
Content and trademarks. Everything on this site, including text, photos, recipes and the Azure Matcha name and logo, belongs to Azure Matcha. Please don't reuse it without written permission. If you tag us on social media, you allow us to reshare that post with credit to you.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
